30-Day Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the product should be in good condition and include all original accessories, cables, manuals, and other items supplied with it.

High-capacity lithium batteries require special handling, so please retain the original packaging whenever possible. If it is no longer available, contact us before returning the product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

For approved claims, we will cover return shipping and provide either:

A replacement, or

A full refund.

Please report any visible shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Quality Returns

If you change your mind or purchase the wrong model, you may still request a return within the 30-day return window.

For returns unrelated to product quality:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

The product must be in good, resalable condition.

All original accessories and included items should be returned.

A reasonable deduction may apply for missing accessories, excessive wear, damage, or replacement packaging that is required.

How to Return

Please obtain authorization before returning any product.

We will review your request within 1 business day.

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and an RMA number.

Pack the product securely and follow the return instructions provided.

Our support team will guide you through the return, replacement, or refund process.

Refunds

Returned products are generally inspected within 3–5 business days of arrival.

Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Warranty

The 30-day return policy is separate from the product warranty.

Manufacturing defects reported after the return window may still be eligible for warranty service under the applicable warranty terms.
